Yoga with Michelle focuses on building a strong foundation of strength and confidence in your body, especially after pain and injury. There is a focus on shoulder stability, functional hip mobility and dynamic movement of the spine. Michelle incorporates breathing exercises and short meditations to begin and finish her classes.
