Eleanor Stafford is a graduate from the University of Limerick. She is from Gort and is registered as a chartered physiotherapist with CORU and the ISCP.
Eleanor has a strong sporting background in soccer and camogie and has numerous caps underage for Ireland. She currently plays soccer with Limerick WFC.
Eleanor has a specialised interest in tailoring exercises for more complex cases. She designed our Better Bones program, an exercise class for older adults to improve their muscle and bone strength through modified and safe exercises. She currently runs this class online every Wednesday at 10am.
Eleanor was previously involved in delivering exercises classes as part of Croi services in Galway city, and also set up and coached a successful Walking Football program for participants.
Eleanor currently treats a varied clinical caseload of osteoarthritis, overuse injuries, persistent neck and back pain. She is committed to ongoing professional development and clinical training.
