ProActive Physio

Michelle Biggins, Órla Armstrong and Brian Lenehan make up the team of chartered physiotherapists here at ProActive Physio.

Michelle opened ProActive Physio in 2010 when she was working as physio with Galway United and needed a base to treat players in Galway. ProActive Physio has grown alongside FrenchVanoli and Crossfit Galway to provide Physiotherapy, Health and Fitness services to the people of Galway and surrounding areas.

Michelle and Órla first worked together within the Galway Senior Football squad in 2012. Michelle was very impressed with Órla’s clinical skills and enthusiasm and asked her to come on board at ProActive Physio in early 2013. Brian Lenehan joined ProActive Physio in August 2016 to provide locum cover for Michelle when she was working at the Olympics in Rio. We are delighted that Brian agreed to stay on part-time and has been an important part of our team since.
